Answer: It is very easy. Set it up over the phone with our friendly and helpful team by calling 0800 72 38 72 between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Or you can do it online yourself as follows: Select the product you require. Select "Auto-Ship and save 5%" and choose how often you require the product delivered to you. Click "Add to Cart".
Question: How often can I choose to have my Auto-Ship product discreetly packaged and delivered?
Answer: With Auto-Ship you can choose to have your product discreetly packaged and delivered to you; weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every 3 months.
Question: How will I know when my Auto-Ship order has been sent?
Answer: On the day your Auto-Ship order is discreetly packaged and sent you will receive email confirmation that payment has been processed.
Question: When will my credit card be charged for my Auto-Ship order?
Answer: Your credit card will be charged (at the discounted rate for Auto-Ship orders) on the same day your Auto-Ship order is dispatched. You will be emailed an Online Order Summary prior to payment being processed. Example: If you selected to receive your Auto-Ship order every 2 weeks and you placed your order on the 1st, then your credit card will be charged again and your order discreetly packaged and sent out to you on the 15th.

Simply log in and click on the "Orders" button and then click "Cancel Auto-Ship Order" next to the Auto-Ship order you wish to cancel. Or you can email email@example.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you and confirm this by return email to you very promptly.
