If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unopened packages for a full, no questions asked refund credited to your bank account.
We cannot accept returns of product that have been opened or damaged.
Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to ContinenceCare.

ContinenceCare Limited does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us on email@example.com with full details, photos and your order reference and we will promptly arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
