Do I have to use the Product Finder to select my FREE samples?
Instead of using the Product Finder, you can add up to four different sample packs to your cart via the product pages. Simply navigate to the product page of what you want to try and there will be a button for a Free Sample below the Buy Now button. This will be added to your cart, then you just need to complete the checkout process to finalise ordering your samples. Please note that not all products have samples available.
How many samples can I order?"
You can order up to four sample packs per household a month. If there are additional products you'd like to trial you can order four more samples after a month.
How long will my samples take to arrive?"
NZ orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. NZ orders placed after 2pm Monday - Thursday or anytime Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays. Please note, there may be shipping delays around public holidays.
Will people know what's being delivered?"
We protect and respect your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging - nobody will know what's inside the box.
Only the name and address you provide will be on the address label.
